1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.
Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the package so we can arrange a replacement or return.
Unopened and Unused Products
Unused products in unopened original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Opened products are not eligible for return unless there is a verified quality issue.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or modification are not eligible for refund or return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products without quality issues;
- Products missing original packaging or accessories;
- Scooter spare parts and accessories marked as non-returnable;
- Second-hand or clearance products;
- Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling;
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
Please note that accessories may not include screws or installation hardware unless specifically stated in the product description.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Returns Due to Quality Issues
If the return is caused by a confirmed product defect or an incorrect shipment from our side, KuKirin will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
For returns not related to quality issues:
- the product must remain unopened and unused;
- a $100 USD shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund;
Opened products returned for personal reasons are not accepted.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order has not yet been shipped, customers may request cancellation.
For cancellations requested for personal reasons before shipment, a $20 USD processing fee will be charged.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once the package has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled directly.
Customers may request a return after delivery according to the conditions listed in this policy.
For non-quality-related returns after shipment:
l the $100 USD shipping and handling fee will still apply.
Refusing delivery without authorization may result in additional shipping or handling deductions.
5. Battery Range Disclaimer
The advertised riding range is based on controlled testing conditions, including:
- Rider weight: 60 kg
- Temperature: 25°C
- Average speed: 20 km/h
- Flat urban road conditions
Actual battery performance and riding distance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, weather, riding habits, tire pressure, and other external conditions.
Variations between advertised and real-world range are considered normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.
If reduced performance is caused by a verified battery issue, KuKirin will provide warranty assistance in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
6. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1
Contact our support team and provide:
- your order number;
- photos or videos of the product;
- a description of the issue or reason for return.
Step 2
After approval, our customer service team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Products must be returned:
- in original packaging;
- with included accessories and manuals;
- properly packed to avoid shipping damage.
Step 3
Customers must provide the return tracking number within 7 days after receiving return approval. Requests may expire if the product is not shipped back within this timeframe.
Step 4
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement if approved.
7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

If you purchased your product from another marketplace or reseller, including but not limited to Amazon, AliExpress, Geekbuying, or other dealers, please contact the original seller for return or refund assistance.
